For our January banner sale we reduce the sq. ft. price to $7.50. It has helped land a few more sales. Today a customer came in for a quote on 2 small banners, each different. I quoted the price at the same amount he had just received from a competitor. I close the sale. Everyone is lowering their price just to get business.
