Vehicle Wraps
Utility trailers and construction trailer are an ideal advertising medium. This week we have been printing graphics for two large trailers located in Denver. We will be wrapping the entire 4 sides of the trailers. The customer is an advertising agency and the product is cream cheese. We located a "wrap" installer out there and he will spend two days on the wraps, a day per trailer. We are using the 3M product to assure a quality product and ease of installation. We have never used anything but 3M. There are others out there using everything under the sun to print their graphics on. I hear about issues and problems often. We have never had a problem using the 3M products.

The Company Store
A while back I wrote about the addition of e-commerce to our web site. The site also has a "Company Store" function. With the "Company Store" I can set up a separate store for a customer. This function will give the customer the ability to set up a web page, or portal, with only the items they normal purchase, and place orders on line. I set up the first one today. This customer will be able to enter his portal on our web site and click on the items they need to purchase, including the installation, 24 hours a day.
It will take about three days for the site to go live. Once this happens I will report back on the results. Stay tuned.

February Newsletter cont.
I use Constant Contact for my newsletter e-mailing. The reports on the results of yesterday's mailing are great. Of the 660 readers that opened the newsletter I am able to tell who clicked on what link and what they were most interested in. As an example, I had 15 recipients click through to my SHOP Sign A Rama ONLINE e-commerce site and view vehicle graphics. If, in a few days, I don't see an order pop up I have the option to follow up and try to close the sale.
I did find it a little time consuming to get up to speed with this program. Each month it becomes a little easier and I add a little more to document.

February Newsletter
Our February Newsletter went out at about 1:30pm today. Within an hour I had 2 new sales totaling over $650.00, requests for 3 quotes and 2 e-mails thanking us for the newsletter and the content. I spent yesterday generating content and learned how to set up links from words and photos so they will send the reader back to my web site at http://www.sarsigns.com/.
I would really like to send newsletters out more often but don't want to overload the customer.
